As the weather warms up, it’s natural to feel a boost in energy and motivation. After a long winter, you might feel ready to do all the things, but if you’re living with Lymphedema, pacing yourself is key.
That surge of spring energy is great… until it turns into overdoing it and triggering a flare-up.
Here’s your reminder:
~ Start slow and build gradually
~ Take breaks before your body demands them
~ Stay consistent with compression and hydration
~ Listen to your body, even on “good” days
It’s okay to feel motivated. Just remember that balance beats burnout every time.
